{More Parisian Glamour Scrapbooking}

It feels a bit weird sharing a layout now that I created earlier in my pregnancy . . . since Noah is snuggled in on my lap!

 
And I thought I was huge then!

 

How perfect is that bingo card for this layout?

 

And a layout using some less-than-perfect IPhone photos which were perfect for printing out small to match the bingo cards.

 
As usual, lots of layers, stitching and distressing.

 

I inked all chipboard pieces and then added a thick layer of Distress Stickles so they weren't too 'shiny'.

 

All items except cardstock, twine and large letter stickers are from the kit. I love how it's a no brainer when it comes to combining papers - you know they all coordinate nicely!

{Tarisota Gallery Projects}

The gallery is up on the Tarisota site here for the latest collection Parisian Glamour. This collection was so lovely - consisting of pinks and creams with lots of trims, buttons and chipboard.

 
Another layout of Amelia feeding the kangaroos at Australia Zoo, which really is her favourite thing to do there.

 

A bit of texture added with the cream burlap . . .

 

All items used are in the kit except the cardstock and pink letters.

I was also inspired to use my favourite items, the fabric flowers, to create this frame.

 

I saw the idea to cover a plain frame with painted and roughed up pieces of corrugated cardboard somewhere in blogland . . .

 
I added the buttons to the flower centres and the leaves are my favourites from Zva.

 
Here's a closeup of the quote that I typed straight onto the paper with my vintage typewriter. The patterned paper was from the kit and I just happened to have this piece left over from another project!

I'll save the other two layouts for another day I think! I'm typing this one handed while Noah sleeps on my lap and Amelia is making a big mess in the lounge room around me! We're still trying to find our 'groove', sleep is at a minimum these days! But I know it will get better!

{More Tarisota Layouts}

I have two more layouts to share using the Tarisota gallery using this amazing kit.

Every now and them I create a heritage layout and as soon as I saw the kit I knew the papers and embellishments would be perfect for one.

 
I especially loved the banner alphabet!

 
This next layout uses an IPhone photo - never the best quality!

 
 
I stamped on a manilla envelope included in the kit, added a twine closure and it actually houses concert tickets from that night (Bon Jovi!)

I can't wait until I can share the next lot of layouts!

 

{First Tarisota Layout}

Woohoo the Tarisota gallery is finally up (check it out here) so I can start sharing my layouts! Today I want to share with you all my new favourite layout of all time! That's quite a statement . . .

 
I just love it. All product except cardstock, leaves and letters are from this paper crafting kit, as will the layouts I'll share over the next couple of days.

 
And I'm totally in love with that calico flower (I added the button centre). You can actually purchase them separately here - you may be seeing them a lot in my projects in the future.

You want to know what I loved most about working with this kit? Although I loved the collection, it was far from my usual bright and girly style. My secret weapons were some new photoshop actions that I aquired that gave my bright photos a more muted and even vintage look that coordinated perfectly!  I'll share more about them tomorrow I think.

So I have been doing LOTS of scrappin behind the scenes of the blog and it's nearly time to share my projects with you but at least I can finally share a bit of info!

I've been creating up a storm for Tarisota, a beautiful crafting kit site run by Tamar. You can read the announcement here.
